funny, but the sprint tris are almost too long for me.

Good luck. I've got 3 weeks till the St George and have yet to get in the water.

I did the suburban tri this morning. It is a little short, but very satsifying. Starts with an extra long shower (water leg) a mornign bike ride (on the tandem today) then a run to the couch to watch the NBA playoffs.

I think my training is going well.
