MikeWaters Demiurge Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 36,365	i just read that mortgage rates will go down by a point because of the fannie and freddie buyout. That's got to be very bad news in the short-term for mortgage people. As people wait it out, waiting for the rates to fall.
