Default I know there are religions that have

an orthodox component. Does that component meet with the non-orthodox component in religious services.

We have that in our church, but it isn't ever expressed as such. What would happen if we acknowledged openly that those who qualify for the Temple are orthodox and those who don't aren't, but are totally welcome and are referred to as active members of the church.

Would that even be possible, because you couldn't emphasize anymore that members who don't drink are better people than those who do.

Maybe you would lose attendance more than gain attendance because those who are Temple worthy or trying to get Temple worthy would feel cheated and lose interest.

Dang. I have a really good question in my mind and think it could be thought provoking. I guess I just can't put it in "good enough words".

Oh well.

Please don't wade into the tall grass with the real intellectuals on this site. It will only come to harm.

I know. I feel so bad when I read some of these threads. I can't participate because I don't even know what the big words mean. I certainly don't know who all the authors are they are quoting.

I'm proud to have introduced this term into the CG lexicon.

Well when you and Pelagius get going on statistical analysis, I start scratching my head.
