I agree with what creekster is saying, but wanted to clarify that I think, for those of faith, navigating also requires a decent amount of soul searching, prayer, and spiritual confirmation. For a issue such as this that has political, social, and moral ramifications, avoiding that spiritual component of ourselves would be completely contradictory to the essence of being Mormon.
