Just the usual, child support, alimony, time away from the kids and the harsh judgement from others. What he got in return was a wife that wakes him up often in the middle of the night doing various things to his body, sex at least five times a week with or without any number of different toys and someone that takes care of all his physical needs and wants. Like I said he is happy but he has paid a big price for it.
