Best chocolate cake?
I had a slice of Costco chocolate cake last week. It was as good as any I've ever eaten. Dense but moist and velvety. The frosting tasted like European dark chocolate, while creamy and smooth. The exterior was carpeted with shards of high grade dark chocolate. Seven layers. I was stunned.

PF Changs also makes a good chocolate cake. Maybe they use a special Chinese recipe. |

The Costco 7lb Chocolate cake is one of the best I've ever had.

The Joseph Smith Building makes the best chocolate cake I have ever had. You may be able to get it at the Lion House too. Actually it more of a torte, but it is to die for. Has some fresh raspberries on top. yum. |

Nothing to add except to agree that Costco does cakes better than almost any commercial establishment, including bakeries.
