By "your opinions" were you referring to the way I looked up the penalty and determined that:
1. You agreed to the rules jefe posted
2. You posted something that you knew, (or should have known by now) was going to be deemed as a violation to those rules.
3. Jefe took the post down and slapped you with a penalty
3. You fired off an accusatory appeal
4. You came on here claiming that jefe is out to get you, citing said moderation as evidence to support that claim.

That's not my opinion, that is what happened.

My opinion is that you may be annoyed that you have been penalized, and you may actually believe that the mods are out to get you, but you willingly signed up and agreed to keep those rules, and then repeatedly broke them (you have a lengthy rap sheet). You're a repeat offender. Not to mention, some of the stuff you've been penalized for...how can you say with a straight face that the mods are out to get you? Most of this stuff they didn't even give you time off for. You've had a whole slew of little slap on the wrist warnings. I don't know where you're getting this victim complex. Seems to me that they've been going pretty easy on you.

Of course I'm a "mullah" compared to you guys. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Should I notify another moderator that you're looking up my rap sheet and posting stuff publicly on another board, bdb? Of course everyone agrees to the rules because they wish to post about BYU sports. That doesn't mean I agree with all the rules, and in fact, think many are really silly. Yep, I've broken a few, and im my opinion, been singled out at times. I'm no CB angel and I freely admit that. Further, I've refrained from getting personal with you, but if you're going to go back and look at my CB history then I'll start commenting on your many soap-opera CB posts; the worst of which was soliciting for dates when you would come to Utah. I have proof of this, but I'll be nice end this here. I don't wish to make an enemy out of you, so I would suggest we just end things now, eh?

Regardless of how you personally feel about the rules, you did agree to comply with them, and were aware that a violation of said rules could result in a suspension of certain priveleges. If you would just follow through and comply with the rules the mods wouldn't be able to "single you out." If you can't do that, maybe you shouldn't be agreeing to keep rules that you fully intend to break.

I didn't post the specifics of your rap sheet, and I only bring it up because I don't agree with the way you've chosen to portray the situation.

Ummm...I was the one that posted your "proof" on a public chatboard for anyone and everyone to read. You haven't refrained from making this personal. I believe it was you who called me "uptight," asked me if I have roommates to go argue with/make fun of, and then told me to "run along now." It's really big of you to throw out a few insults and then say you want to end it nicely. I am similarly not interested in making an enemy, but it's kind of hard not to feel a bit hostile after the last few posts.

Nobody agrees to comply with the rules. People press a button that allows them to continue to post.

The rules are vague and not evenly applied. I guess as a "mullah" you agree with not calling anyone a "mullah" and yet are OK with posters indicating cheerleaders at UNLV dress like skanks or Las Vegas allows porn on billboards. At times on CB you get the idea your at a Baptist convention.

BDB, I largely followed the rules (note the absence of "troublemaker" status), and I was punished anyway.

I didn't agree to any rule that would have allowed for my punishment.

Yes, BDB, rules are rules, and we all need to be told what to do in very step of life as to get through it safely. Again, I never said I didn't break rules. My points are very clear:
1. Others have broken the same rules I have and there's been no punishment. Mods/jefe have simple chosen to look the other way.
2. In talking with other CB members, some of my punishments have been for longer periods of time than of those with the same offenses.
Others are just ridiculous, as with my photo of the ugly lady. I had the photo for several weeks before one mod in a bad mood suspended me for it, when other mods thought it was great. The way the rules are enforced is a complete joke.
Won't make sense you BDB, because if there are rules to be had then you are a person who'll enjoy them and fight for them. You even admitted that you're a mullah a couple pages back, and that's the way you want it. Arguing with you about not breaking rules is like arguing with a lifelong nun that sex can be fun. It's just futile.
Yep, there's another post where I threw in a reference to sex where it wasn't needed. I know that bothers you, doesn't it? Just eats at you!
