If you get XM or Sirus do you get digital feed of public radio stations, or just what XM subscribes to? For example, could I get KSL and other Salt Lake radio stations with the XM?

You get the national feed of NPR (and others) but not local stations. You still have to get them over the air.

Ultimately, the answer is relatively meaningless because the programming would be so limited as to burn out all but the most psychotic fans after a few days.
