Locke just reported it, Ben Bagley called BYU athletic dept and they said "we'll believe it when we see it, we have not heard anything about this yet"

Scotty G says that his sources at the U are saying that last they heard, the deal was close to being done, but they have not heard that its completed yet.

Me too. Until I see it on a T.V with Direct TV on August 1st then I will believe it.

Sure it does, you have free agency, and you can ditch Dish. However, unless there is an exclusivity clause for a year, i would bet Dish announces very soon.
