So who else's ward is splitting today?
I go to the meeting tonight comfortable in the knowledge that I will not be in the Bishopric, but worried that I will soon have to give up my cushy 2 hour/month calling.
Ever since the meeting was announced last week, there is a feel similar to an iminent org change at work, a kind of nervous anticipation, with a whole lot of gossip. |

CA, where a golf shirt to church the next month or so and don't shave. You may still be able to keep that calling.

The threat of inactivity is a superb option. The more convincing one is that he'll never again attend church, the less effort it takes to fulfill one's calling.
