Bob Dylan and the people that appreciate him

On vacation with the in-laws--my father-in-law brought the first disc of the Scorsese documentary on Dylan. My brother-in-law, presumably, with little previous exposure to Dylan, begins to be interested in his music. Looking up stuff on Youtube, and such, singing it.

So I'm talking with him later, about the connection between Mormons and torture by the government, and I'm saying that this and that person were involved. And he says, "Cool."

?? Wtf, it's cool that Mormons were involved in instituting torture in the USA? So this was my response: "You can't like both Dylan and torture. You are going to have to pick one." He laughed.

Damn fascists claiming Bob Dylan, this world has gone to shit.
