MOV combined with SOS is just a way to measure comparative scores.

These are some problems:

Ok 55 Wash 14
AZ 48 Wash 14
Oregon 44 Wash 10
Utah 58 USU 10
Tulsa 56 UNM 14
Oregon 66 USU 24
Stanford 35 Wash 28
TCU 26 UNM 3
San Jose 30 USU 3

The problem in the computers is not just an issue with ignoring MOV.
