I looked through these numbers, too. There were actually quite a few blue states in the low 60s. And why do you throw out DC anyway?

I skipped DC because it was a given to pull in 90%. It's like asking Idahoans what is the better deal when traveling to the big game at San Jose State: a Motel 6 or the Ritz-Carlton.
