Odd returns
Now, I hope Whit survives and is successful at Utah, but should he fail, would Ute fans be besides themselves with irony if Utah looked at Crowton to replace him?

I just want Gary to win by nine, not six every game against BYU. At Utah no hc limitations so Gary could probably succeed.

Gary would need to hire the right staff, so he could be a mad scientist in the Mike Leach mold, and not have to babysit, like the BYU mold.

**IF** Crowton were on the list of candidates, it would likely only be after a number of people said no...and I mean like 10 other options. The interesting candidate would be one Mr. Norm Chow...you think Cougar fans get uptight about what Kyle says...if the Utes brought in Chow...it would be that x 10.

I can see Crowton going any number of these places in the next 1-2 years/seasons.
Arizona State.......Koetter is gonna get fired sooner or later UNLV.......Crowton is a very good recruiter, add in Vegas = interesting mix TCU ,,,if Patterson gets snatched up to go elsewhere Tulsa,,,,same with Kragthorpe Kansas,,,,Mangino...aka...The Man Who Swallowed Rick Majerus,,,is a bad coach San Diego State....but only if they jettisoned Chuck Long quickly and I don't see that happening.

Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!! Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith. |
