It's hard to compare since they're not the same type of movie, but Rob Roy is a great flick.

I much preferred Rob Roy. I thought braveheart was better than the Patriot, but not by much.

Braveheart is definitely better than the Patriot. When I saw the Patriot it just seemed low-budget and poorly made.

My one knock on Braveheart is that it is slow in some parts.

It's been quite a few years since I saw Braveheart, but I thought it was great. I did not like The Patriot.

This clinches it. I'm going to see it, especially since Lebowski didn't like Patriot. Lebowski and I share some tastes in the entertainment arts though I'm not as big a fan of the Coen's as he is. I like them from time to time, though.

Tell me a comedy you liked and I will definitely see it.

No, you were an important factor as well. Seriously.

Have you seen "O Brother, Where Art Thou?"? Given that it is loosely based on The Odyssey by Homer, I would think that you would be a fan.

I did really like that one.

I liked several of them including Blood Simple. Sometimes they miss it though. I liked that one in Minnesota that won best picture.
