... I do not intend my comments to necessarily do so, other than mentioning possible symbolic interpretations for the whole AG concept with A&E. But the reality is that BY seemed to be quite literal in his explanations of AG, and I think it would be a stretch to try to claim a symbolic meaning is what BY was referring to.

The issue with that theory never was, from my understanding, a complete fabrication or misrepresentation, but reading too much into the implications of both the symbolism and what had been taught by Joseph Smith. In fact, I'm missing the connection here between the theory and the symbolism-- could somebody fill me in?

i found it interesting you would find the 'creation' story expressed in different ways, different times in the scriptures. if you look at the examples of adam/eve and noah as symbollic occurences of our personal creation you would have 2 different and distinct examples of a creation in the scriptures. multiple examples of creation in the scriptures, symbollic to multiple probations.....

a stretch yes, but a thought i had.....
