Maybe there is something to the "Utah drivers" stigma.
And before I get a "Yeah but you speeding in the first place makes you a 'Utah driver' too" reaction, I wasn't talking about speeding in my original post. What sparked this for me was a guy did this to me this morning, and he was going ~5 MPH below the speed limit.

Personally, I think you are misunderstanding the cause because you believe that it is aimed at you. It isn't. They speed up subconsciously, IMO, and your belief it is about you doesn't impugn your ability to drive...it indicates your arrogance.

You're entitled to your opinion, but people do it unfortunately (see il Padrino Ute's posts).

I'm actually giving you a hard time. In truth, I usually drive a constant speed (a bit above the limit) and let people pass me and let folks merge in front of me, just because I know I'll still get to where I'm going. Before I had kids, I got upset with the same folks that get to you.

But I have to be honest and say that impatient drivers (perhaps you're an impatient driver?) really do test my own patience. They are fun to mess with on occasion because they get so irritated.
