Default what is your favorite nutrition while riding?

I've always used Gu's. But only on rallies, never for training.

I just bought a 12 pack of these. I had a sample once, and liked it better than gels.

I've used the snicker energy bars as well as power bars. Snickers melt a bit but they are tasty.

SHOT BLOKS are great. Arch's wife converted me to them while on our ride. I think she could tell I was starting to die and needed a boost of energy.

GU and cliffbars. They go down easier than power bars.

For rallies, its strawberry-banana or Chocolate outrage GU for carbs. Pretzels or wheat thins for salt.

Weekend or morning rides, I usually just do fruit or granola bars.
