Don't count out ol' Penn State this year. Man, Oregon State looked bad on Saturday, even with a bunch of suspensions on PSU's defense (DUI & weed).

Absolutely. Penn State is definitely the sleeper in the Big Ten this year. I've got a couple of friends who are really excited about their prospects.

Michigan lost its leading passer, rusher, and top 3 receivers from last year.
Washington returned its leading passer, rusher, and 2 of their top 3 receivers.

The funny thing is that people are arguing that history is behind Utah, versus BYU.
