My question is 'why a flat century'? It's a waste of all of your talents. Archaea trains 23 hours a day for heaven's sake, give the man a couple of decent climbs in 100 miles of riding. My prediction is that Arch has to fight off sleep a couple of times during this one.

I'd love to do a century with a mountain. But there are none to be had close to me.

A flat century allows you to appreciate the curves in the road, so to speak.

This week I've only ridden less than two hours, so cut that out. And old men need more practice.
