Or why do folks write blogs?

After reading her blog, I could easily see her as one of those folks who writes a newspaper column about the vagaries of life, motherhood, etc. A lot of humor and pathos there.

It's art, in a sense. Why do people do art? Well if at your age, you don't know, then I don't suspect I can say anything that would make sense.
