Does anybody have an idea as to whether or not Parcells will move forward with Beck? I haven't really heard much about how he feels about the QB position, as most stories focus on whether or not he'll keep Cameron as coach.

Maybe as a 3rd stringer.

I doubt he wants to go into the season with Lemon or Beck at the helm. That would be a disasters.

Parcells will go out and sign a veteran QB, just like he did with Bledsoe in Dallas. But I do think he will keep Beck and give him a fair shot down the line. The good thing about Bill Parcells is that he wont try to turn the team around overnight he knows how to build a franchise, however he will want significant improvement right away.

The rumor is that Romeo Crennel wants out of Cleveland and him and Bill are good buddies, also the Browns do not want to give Derek Anderson any sort of extension because they are already paying big money for Quinn so it looks like DA is on his way out as well, we may see both of them land in Miami.

You would think Parcells wants to see Beck play once more before he makes all of his decisions. Perhaps the tape of Beck's two starts will give him enough information, but I wonder if we'll see Beck play this weekend or not.

One of the ESPN guys said that Parcell's decision on Beck will be based upon Cameron's evaluation...so if Cameron stays, I think Beck stays. But yeah, they'll go get a vet.

...I hear Mark Brunell is available.

I speak with the Dolphins front office regularly, and John Beck is nowhere on Bill Parcells' radar.
