Default For those who think Dems are liberal ...

"In a hypothetical presidential election between Mr. Obama and Mr. Romney, respondents favoured Mr. Obama 49 per cent to 11. And if only Conservatives voted, Mr. Obama would still have won by a 50-17 margin"

Pollsters need to start weeding out the anti-Mormons.

The conservative party up north here is the same as the democratic party in the US. Conservativism is relative!

I think the entire free world has shifted continuously to the left over the years. Today's Republicans are like LBJ Democrats. Today's Democrats would have been called Communitsts in the 50's. Etc.

Man, Obama is the magic man. He has some kind of power over people, kind of like those pod people folks.

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.
