Not sure how I feel about this yet...
...this quote from Holmoe, "It will be a competitive game, and there will be plenty for our fans to be excited about as Coach Mendenhall and his staff prepare our team for a run at the BCS next season."
http://www.byucougars.com/Filing.jsp?ID=10131 Do you prefer the 'take one game at a time' approach, or focusing on a BCS run? Does it even matter? I realize it's Holmoe who said it, but as AD he's close to the team and him talking about it is completely different than fans talking about it. EDIT: I finished reading the article after posting Holmoe's quote, and realize that Bronco is talking about it too... "...Under the current format for inclusion into a BCS game, this schedule gives us that opportunity." |

I like it. A stated goal to work toward, one game at a time. I wish Holmoe would also say our long term goal is have a BCS type schedule. Either by the MWC improving or looking for other options. |
