Default These crazy Nike basketball shoes from high school.

Nike has been remaking alot of their older model shoes lately. I had this pair of basketball shoes in highschool that I still think were the best hoops shoes ever made. They were popular in '96 I believe. They had three ovals on the side of the shoe near the bottom, like bug eyes. Brent Barry wore them when he won the dunk contest by jumping from the foul line. Anyone else remember this shoe and know what they were called? Thanks for your help.

You youngsters and your shoes. Nike Bruins are where it's at:

I've got 2 - 6 1/2's you can have. You're on your own with regard to the other foot.

Any discussion of the best sneaker ever made begins and ends with the Adidas Stan Smith.
