Default Best way to get the tourney moved......

sue the MWC and the T&M for their lack of security in today's game allowing muliple physical assaults. Take their profit away in the form of a law suit.....and I hate law suits but it will get the MWC to pull their head out of their butts.

pushing and shoving BYU fans down the stairs and fights broke out.

From the SLTrib:

"Two fights broke out in the stands after the game that left at least one BYU bloodied as security tried to control the situation.

The trophy ceremony had to be delayed to try to regain control of the surroundings."

This year they tried to put a barrier up to prevent UNLV fans from rushing the floor like they did last year.

Well this year....when the ushers tried to prevent UNLV fans in a mob like state and mentality began throwing punches.

I had a friend call me who was sitting on the 4th row. He said that Coach Roses' wife was being verbally abused all game long and at the end 3 different UNLV fans tried to get through a few BYU fans and were threatening her with PHysical violence and then even more punches were thrown.

He said an older usher sitting right next to him was pushed to the ground/stairs by a UNLV fan and then was repeatedly and deliberately punched and kicked in the head by several different UNLV fans. BYU fans tried to help him up and then even more fights broke out. He said it was literally a zoo.

That is was lucky TV cameras weren't focused on them or this would be the leading story on SportsCenter and that it was a very ugly situation.

Incredible.

The MWC needs to do what the soccer folks in Italy did this year when riots broke out after a Serie A match between Palermo and Catania:

The teams played in empty stadiums.

I like that. No fans, no problems.

against the MWC and the T&M. Lawsuits, unfortunately, talk. And Hair has his head so far up his butt that he needs the extra motivation to change his mind.

The wife however is a different story...

Just like the IOC thinks boycotting the olympics over the killing of demonstrators is not a good idea, I don't think the MWC will think moving the tourney over a few kicked and punched people will be a good idea.
