Default McCain must really be desperate

The McCain campaign is suing Pennsylvania to try to get Bob Barr removed from the ballot. Are you kidding me? Trying to keep third party candidates off the ballot is not only stupid, petty and bush league, it's anti-democratic and unamerican. To think Barr voters would otherwise vote for McCain is moronic and shows how out of touch the two major parties are right now. Who would ever vote for a third party unless they were thoroughly unsatisfied with the choices available and already decided not to vote for the republicans or democrats? This seems like a bad move for McCain. It has little chance of success and if it gets any traction in the media it's only going to make him look bad.

It is a set up. They want Barak to put his foot in his mouth like he did the House comment.

Barak would have not got his start in politics if he hadn't gotten people removed from the ballot.

I don't care who does it. It shouldn't be about finding dirty ways to get others removed from the ballot. Not that I'm too worried. It's a frivolous suit with no legal grounding. I'm thinking it's just the McCain campaign trying to force the Barr campaign to waste money on lawyers.
