I am beginning to believe that I underestimated Max Hall. I spent most of my conversation about him in the offseason stating that I didn't believe him to be much better than Kevin Feterick, but that he was the beneficiary of the best skill player talent I have seen amassed at the BYU simultaneously since the early 80's. So frequently our offense was like a porn star's rack save she only had a boob job in one knocker. This year there is twin voluptuousness!

However, I am beginning to believe Hall really is that good.

** Edit note, not Heisman Trophy good, just a great college qb and earning his right to be included in the pantheon of BYU qb greats!

not Heisman good? are you crazy? Tim Tebow can't pass a lick and he has the heisman. Chase Daniel is fat and plays a gimmick offense and is going to win the heisman.

Hell, awful players have won the Heisman.

Let's talk in November. As of right now, Hall is not a leading candidate (meaning top 3) for the Heisman.

I can't remember a cougar QB who has played as flawlessly as Hall has this year. It may have a little to do with the outstanding protection he's getting, but the guy has been money. He's hitting passes to receivers with DB's all over them.

There's still a lot of season left.
