Let me add that the Rose Bowl would commit Hara-Kiri before inviting Boise State or BYU. They can barely stomach inviting another BCS conference.

Ain't that the truth. You should have heard all the bullshit they said about Oklahoma "darkening the doorstep" (Keith Jackson actually said that) of these hallowed Rose-spangled grounds, and about us being an unworthy opponent for a proper Pac-10 school.
