Road bike sizing formula
I ran across this formula as I was browsing the roadbikerider.com website.
Its pretty simple and it worked for what I'm riding : Take your pants inseam length, convert inches to centimeters by multiplying by 2.54. Multiply that number by 0.7. Round to the nearest cm. |

This is a good rule of thumb but it only goes so far, as I am sure you know, especially if you have any strange body dimensions, such as really short legs or some such.
