Man I read this write up of Fisher's past at Michigan and you do kind of wonder how he came out unscathed.

Get your tin foil caps out for this one: the NCAA purposely didn't punish him because they didn't want to deal with a possible lawsuit. It wouldn't shock me if the NCAA looked the other way because it was the easy way out.
