Default So I finally watched Casino Royale

The last several Bond movies have been total crap.

Casino Royale was a clear departure from that.

Forget this being just a Bond movie, this is one of the best action movies I've seen in a long time. Great flick.

I am going to watch it this weekend. Sounds good.

I'm planning on watching it this weekend too. Mike will be gone and I need some good eye candy.

That seems to imply that Mike is "good eye candy." C'mon Farrah, like any of us believe that.

Actually, I interpreted it the other way. That Mike is not quite doing it for her.

They keep showing commercials for Casino Royale during the games. Now I'm thinking I might want to get ahold of a copy, too.

I saw it last night, it was really excellent. I admit I never saw Bond as a kid, so the only other movies I could compare it to was the Brosnan ones (I actually only saw one, which I didn't like). Daniel Craig definitely portrayed a more complicated Bond.

And I thought Craig was hot. True, his head seemed to be oddly shaped at some angles, but it was definitely enough eye candy to tide me over until Mike comes home.

Casino Royale was a fun movie, but there is only one James Bond and it is not debatable: Sean Connery.

And while we're discussing Casino Royale, I preferred the original with Peter Sellers as James Bond and Woody Allen as the bad guy. If you've never seen it, I recommend you give it a look. Very funny stuff.
