Default Beautiful ride yesterday...

Because I'm feeling pressure from Arch I decided to go and grind out a 100 miles yesterday. The ride is a beautiful ride with miles and miles of potato fields and a spectacular view of the Tetons. In spite of the beauty the heat and the hills got to me in the middle section and I slowed down to a crawl. It felt like I had low tires and was sinking into the pavement so if we have a C group you better put me there.

RC is definitely peaking at the right time. Those are some quality miles that you're putting in lately. ULCER is going to feel like a walk in the park for you.

I'm going to have to quit my day job to train every day to have a chance to stay with him.

Not at all. The only reason I'm working this hard is to stay with you, goose, pride and Q. You'll be calling me Mike by the end of the day.

i love how all the cyclists here talk as if they don't know how to ride a tricycle, but i know that they have accomplished some pretty amazing things on their 2 wheelers... it's something i'll have to get used to.
